I picked up a couple rib eyes , went home and put them right on the grill. Best rib eye I've ever grilled myself
This place is an awesome old school butcher shop in HB everything I've ever picked up from here has always tasted so fresh and clean and of the highest quality. They'll give you great recommendations, they gladly follow all requests, and everyone is very knowledgeable. Make sure you grab some potatoes on the way out!

Recently bought a rib roast for new years day dinner. Added their rub and .....wow. Best I have ever had. I won't buy my meat from anywhere else now.
