Ive been trying this location amongst others and the result is simple, this location lacks in basic service attention and communication. The place can be empty and still, you are waiting 20+ minutes for food and beverages. The management here has to step up training or new management is required. You dont just bring the check to someone without first asking if they need anything. Thats just proper service etiquette. Came in and told to “sit where you’d like.” We sat for 10-15 minutes with no one greeting us after being looked at multiple times. Had to move to a new booth to be greeted by stephanie. Food, drinks, and service was slooow. She brought the wrong food at first and we got our food 20 minutes later. My partner found a lemon seed in his soda. Overall bad experience.

I love beefs wings! But with the good food comes a meh environment. Pretty run down and could use a makeover. Sticky floors, or table was dirty, and smells musty. Otherwise our server was awesome. Food as usual was great. Tap beer is a bit spendy at 6 dollars compared to other places. Overall ok...good food...just have to sacrifice the rest. P.s. don't put the dips in with the wings... its messy.
