Everyone was so nice! Coleman was extremely helpful and gave me all the info I needed.
The insides are really nice and there's quite a few different layouts to choose from. Coleman Herman is also really helpful.

Beechwood VIllage is the best. From our first visit to the model unit/office we knew that this was what we were looking for...... New, furnished, tons of extra amenities, perfect location. Convenient to campus and the heart of Fayetteville. All though move-in has been delayed, something that can be expected with new construction, the wait is sooo worth it. The staff has been great too during this transition. If you are looking for the most perfect place for your college student to call home, Beechwood Village is the place!
I was very impressed with the architecture and well as the mix and mesh of colors and materials. The interior provides wonderful space for occupants having an awesome modern appeal to the eye. The charming balconies have the potential to provide tranquil down time for those who are in need of a little inner sanctum. I truly love the place!
If I could rate less than a single star, I would. ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS COMPLEX: I urge you to deeply consider your other options before making a final decision. Along with ridiculous delays for move in, I, along with many, many other residents, have experienced unnecessary car towing, a lack of mail delivery and correspondence, improper construction of units (many dishwashers did not work, laundry rooms were not vented outside, etc.), NONE of our promised amenities (no clubhouse, limited parking, no pool, not even a grass... read more
It'd probably be tight if people ever got to move in
Even though I don't live there I've never heard one bad thing about this company even though there is a delay I have been in the units and they look amazing well worth the wait. Hannah rocks.
