Avoid this place at all cost. The management is extremely unprofessional and liars. I wish we had known before signing that ridiculous lease. Look at other places in Fayetteville because you will regret renting here.

It's March, I graduate in a month and a half, and I still can't move in to my apartment solely due to very very poor management and laziness. Just keep telling me they "want me to move in as soon as possible."

I think that by far the most impressive aspect of Beechwood is the staff. Every member I have encountered has been nothing but as accommodating and helpful as they are humanly capable, and I'm sure that due to the initial late move-ins they likely dealt with a whole host of various issues. Still, they have been consistently lovely throughout each work day, and after hours. I signed my lease at Beechwood for this year last spring. So far I haven't had any issues as far as stuff wrong with my unit. The staff are really great and they have definitely made the best out of the situation handed to them. They give out some great incentives for signing a lease and renewing.

I am in the midst of apartment shopping for next year. I toured at Beechwood Village and was very impressed with not only their property, but their staff as well. Although I know there was a delay with the construction, the wait was definitely worth it! The variety of amenities offered including the study room and gym/ tanning are incredibly convenient. Not to mention the adorable dog Tank who hangs out in the office!

Absolutely love our apartment at Beechwood Village! Even with the delay in moving in we were put up in an apartment that was very nice and convenient. They worked with us to make sure that we were being compensated and kept us up to date with the state of our home. After moving in we couldn't be happier with our house and love how spacious it is! Also, when needing any maintenance someone is always very timely to come and fix our problem. We have already resigned here and would definitely recommend living at Beechwood to any... read more

I was charged $300 for "cleaning charges". Said charges, when provided with photos, consisted of a few holes in a wall from tacks and some dust on the air filter intake vent. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not live here!
