The dental tech did a great job. (sorry, I forgot her name.)
I would have appreciated someone talking about the fee and the possible fee structure with me prior to the procedure. $2,900 is a lot of money for me and since this was not an elective procedure - I did not have time to "save" for this.

Before going to Beechmont Smiles (Dr. Thomas Phillips) I was actually scared of the dentist and hated going. This year I've scheduled appointments on my own and looked forward to going. Excellent dentist office! HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!!!!

bonnie was super and new her stuff.
I had a new hygienist, her name is Bonnie. She was extremely thorough in reviewing my history, and in her preliminary exam. Bonnie's cleaning procedure was very gentle, and she took the time to address the more difficult areas.She discovered a pocket that could develop a bacterial infection in the future, and prescribed treatment. As always, I left very satisfied that my dental hygiene was the best that could be expected.The entire staff, including of course Dr. Phillips, was very friendly!
