We loved our experience! We wound up with the Q5 and Eric, our salesman, couldn't have been nicer. He was just the right personality for us, nice, friendly, knowledgeable, low key-low pressure. I've had my Audi for 3 years now and cannot say enough good things about Audi East. The service is always spot on, the waiting area is clean and well stocked with drinks and most importantly the staff is attentive and nice. I would find it hard to not buy another Audi there because of the wonderful service I've received.

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Rodney, Chris and the entire service team. In addition to being wonderful to work with, they have more than once gone above and beyond the scope of excellent service caring for me and my Audi. THIS is why I am loyal to this location; I drive all the way from the West side of Cincinnati, passing a much closer Audi dealer because these guys provide rock-star service and make me feel like their priority every time I call or visit!

I don't normally do "shout outs" BUT the fella from Audi Cincinnati East was unreal!! George Hubbard pulled off an amazing experience for me, when the car I wanted was sold.
