Not my kind of service. Overpriced, arrogant service. Shop around. The $165 diagnostic fee for cars under warranty is a joke. Then they just price things $200-400 higher than reputable shops to bait you to do the service there. This same guy and place one year ago tried to charge us the $165 fee when the car was delivered with a tail light fuse out. Really ? I will never go here again. I wrote a review 1 year ago and it’s no longer listed. No wonder it’s a 4.3 rating.
RecommendedCouldn't ask for a better sales and parts crew. They was quick to help me and was nothing but nice.
Great experience at Audi Cincinnati East
Excellent service and treatment from the service and parts staff. I highly recommend this Audi dealership. I would not consider any other in the Cincinnati area. I am looking forward to getting to know the sales staff there soon.
Hire better techs and charge less for service
Please help consumers with the issue of the Audi Q5 (2014 recently purchased) having problems with the engine falling out. We have been told several times since we purchased the vehicle that this should have been a safety recall but Audi (the safest car on the road????) has refused. The tensioner (?) is bad and the engines can and have fallen out. My daughter has owned the vehicle 6 months and the service light comes on, now we're told we "just caught it". Any longer and we would have paid $6,000or more for repairs, now just... read more
