Took TOO long
It reached 105° today and still no pool (and we're of course still paying the full amount of our monthly amenity fees). We were told it would be done in June but here we are July 1st, no pool and radio silence from the property managers. I'll post more soon about the condition of the apartments and photos (outdated with holes in the walls and fixtures upon move-in) but wanted to warn anybody in the meantime about this place. Go somewhere else where they actual care about their residents.
Pool still is not open as of July 1, excuse after excuse. I would not recommend moving here for the amenities because they are never available for use. Also has roaches and mice. Rent is cheaper for the area but you will get what you pay for. Paper thin walls but the thing that makes me most upset is the fact I cannot use a pool that I pay for!
i really like living here and have since February… however, the pool is still not open which makes this review 4 stars!!! it’s June 24th and last i heard it’s to be opened on July 4th! summer will be halfway over!! what’s the point then? i feel for the kids in the complex.
