I am disappointed with how maintenance and resident safety concerns appear to be handled here. A resident reported a bathtub surface that was peeling in multiple locations, with cracks and coating coming loose over time. Photos showed the damage spreading, including areas that could be easily touched by a young child during bath time. Despite concerns about potential cuts from sharp edges and loose flakes, the issue was reportedly classified as "cosmetic wear" and no repair, reglazing, or refinishing was approved. Leaving a Google review because the staff seems to never listen to me anyways, we have been living here for a year so far and will move out when our lease is up! First of all during the winter months, they do not shovel the snow hardly at all and lay no salt. I once walked outside to a neighbor laying on the pavement after falling in the ice and no one else had seen or helped him until i got there! This is by far one of the worst societies I’ve lived in. First of all, the apartments are very old, there are many wooden planks in the bathroom that aren’t fully locked in, they keep coming outside of their spots. When I lived here, there were so many insect infestations, I had to buy so many insect traps and there are still ants, grasshoppers, etc. that come in through the patio door which only has one functioning lock.
