Terrible beware !!!!
problems with air conditioner still leaking onto floor in hallway and bathroom has been "fixed" they say numerous times still leaking, the door to apartments is broken from someone moving in and propping open still not fixed so when we open our door bugs come in our home,
I lived here 3 years. The reason for my low score was my experience at the beginning of applying for an apartment. I was approved, paid necessary fees & the week of move in date I got a call that the apartment had roaches. Yes, you read that right- roaches. It was too late to apply elsewhere & they did not offer any refunds just take it or leave it. The office staff were not nice about it & not the least bit sympathetic about the situation. These apartments are great. I used to live here two years ago and I recently moved back in March of this year, It seems like some things have changed they used to be very diligent about work orders, but I’ve been having a simple work order in for the past two months I have been patient because they were shortstaffed I have been trying to follow up via email and at some point they sent me a message saying that the work orders were done, but nothing was fixed. Definitely the worst place to be in. My kid has been saying for the past year to play tennis in the court but they still haven't put them up. They said they have ordered the nets and they would come in a week or so, so I waited for like two weeks and they still aren't up. There is just a concrete floor with nothing there and they call it a tennis and a basketball court??? That's insane to say. Even one star review is a lot for this place. If I could, I would give it a zero star.
