Double gated entry, good communication, covered and uncovered storage. We’ve had out RV here for almost two years with no intention of moving it. I never have to even worry about it honestly. It gives me such a peace of mind being here. As far as the concrete trucks, I love them! They work with you and actually block traffic (with their wide, legal turns) to help you get out when possible! Highly recommend.
