Great service clean facility and fair prices
Overall great storage place, easy access coming from rockwall now that the road has completed, I was annoyed when leaving that they don't have a turn lane but its not to bad doing a uturn with a 26ft trailer, any longer I think would get frustrating. I recommend picking your spot during or a few hours after a heavy rain, my 3 covered spaces gather around 6 inches of water each time it rains, it takes over a week to dry so a muddy mess. They are family owned and operated, and definitely know their stuff! When looking for a storage facility that checks all the boxes, this place nails it! Give them a try, you won't regret it.
