Tried to rent a house at 2822 Dalton Ave., LA, with this company. It was a complete waste of time. We waited more than 10 days for them to review the paperwork, only to hear "no." During this period, they did not respond to most messages or answer most calls. I understand that the owner can say no to anyone; they have the right to do so. But I cannot understand why it took almost two weeks to briefly review the papers and not say "no" right away. Run if you value your time!
Horrible management and poorly trained staff. The manager In, has horrible customer service. He literally began to raise his voice and argue with me instead of intaking my needs. I am a tenant for one of their clients (the landlord). They attempted to scare me from my home by firstly destroying one of my rooms - they removed the floorboards and drywall from the converted garage ( which they marketed as a room ) under the pretense that they were going to renovate it. Extremely argumentative and disrespectful when things don’t go their way. Will nickel and dime you every chance they get. High turn over for these reasons and others. Do not recommend doing business with Anna.
