I really hoped to rent at this location as it's close to where I was moving to. I had to call a few times just to even get a return call to discuss pricing and other details. When I did get a call back two days later, I spoke with someone who was less than friendly. I asked several questions and said I'd call back asap as I was trying to rent very soon.
