dyother The store would not honor their "90-day lowest price guarantee" even though it was bedzzexpress that was advertising the lower price. Very frustrating.
Ask them about their exchange/return/refund policy BEFORE buying Bought a mattress set from this outfit. After complaining about backaches they said try it a while longer. Didn't help, so I tried to return it. They said "it'll make a fine guest bed" read the fine print on your receipt. Even against "store policy" to EXCHANGE for another set.
Great Beds/Mattresses at Competative Prices Searching for a new mattress and box springs was a very daunting task for me. Happily, the staff at Bedzzz Express mad this miserable job more pleasant. There is plenty of convenient parking, and the sales staff asked what I was looking for, directed me to some choices, then allowed me to bounce up and down on any beds I wanted, for as long as I wanted.
