Love the showroom. Hate the customer service. Every time I've been in this store, you have to hunt down an employee to help you, and when you do find one, they couldn't care less about helping you. Worst, we did a return and picked up a new order of tile, and the dudes running the show in the back couldn't be any more condescending, rude, and taking their time with processing my return. High quality tiles but terrible customer service and experience. A lot of issues of ordering extra tiles of the same type we got on hand. We were told the wait time was 1-2 weeks for the backorder. No one called when the tiles had arrived at the store. We called to follow up at least 3 times to finally get an answer regarding the pickup time.
