Just worked with Appy on purchasing a bedroom set. The customer service and quality of communication was stellar. Appy helped me out with getting an extremely fair deal on some solid wood furniture. Seems like a great company and I'm excited to get these products delivered and installed using their white glove service.
I had a very good experience from purchase to delivery. Nash was extremely helpful and made ordering easy. The men who delivered and set up the bedroom furniture did a great job and delivered on time. I was told it would be delivered between 4-6 weeks and it arrived in 2 weeks.

Amazing customer customer service, answered all my questions and matched the price another company gave me, but with outstanding customer service. Spending that amount of money is never easy. But Natalie made it so easy and gave me a fantastic discount. Highly recommend.
I had a question about expedited delivery, so I started a chat with Wendy. While the date I requested could not be guaranteed, they made an extra effort to work with the manufacturer to get the delivery date as close as possible. She was a pleasure to deal with. Will be returning in the future.

I am writing to modify my previous review. I placed an order with the merchant on July 5th and was promised a delivery time frame of no later than four weeks. Over four weeks have lapsed and my items were nowhere near scheduled for delivery. I contacted the merchant multiple times to voice my concerns and request for an earlier delivery date.
