I definitely give Adriana a 5 star exceptional review. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient. I placed my order and before I got of line she gave me some better more reasonable offers for delivery process as well as the warranty offered. I was surprised to see someone was online watching on Sunday at that time of the day.

BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING!!! I was told 4 weeks maximum for delivery - from their website info AND I called them to verify this was accurate. Additionally, my order confirmation says,"It can take up to 2 weeks for an order to ship from the warehouse." The ordering process was so simple! I had actually found the bedroom set that I wanted in another store, but it was over my budget. When I found this site, I found that exact set $700 cheaper!
