Nash took my order and he was easy to work with and professional. Items were as described and showed up in perfect condition. The delivery company was able to deliver items a day earlier than originally scheduled. This is the second time I have ordered a bedroom set from this company and both times went well.

Excellent service. From customer service staff (especially Andrian) to furniture delivery-everyone was professional and extremely helpful. Furniture was delivered in a timely manner and in pristine condition. The furniture was delivered 3 weeks after I purchased it-which was great not having to wait 4 weeks or more. Also, Platinum delivery service was well worth it, and the customer service rep Andrian was able to help out with a discount on that service. The two delivery men were courteous and they assembled our furniture in a careful manner so there was no damage. Our only complaint is that, once they pulled out of our driveway, we realized they had left some packaging debris scattered all over the driveway and some had blown into our neighbor's yard - pieces of the boxes and bits of styrofoam. I have dealt with Sharon twice at Bedroom Furniture Discounts--always sweet and helpful, patient, cheerful as well as knowledgeable. I know that she was helping others as well, both on line and on phone, but it did not affect the quality of her service to me. I received my first shipment today, one day earlier than expected.
