Took FOREVER to get my furniture, but I knew that from the get go. So be aware of that! I will day their white glove service, putting my bedroom set was A+. Customer service people were polite. Here’s the kicker- I specifically called the company up and asked them if the furniture was a “gold” metallic or was it “silver” metallic. Because I said to them, I do not want a “gold metallic “. Oh no, they replied, it is the lighting. It is SILVER metallic. This bedroom furniture was GOLD METALLIC!!!!! Not silver. Enough said :/

Got the help from Nash, he did good job. It was a clear process. I was satisfied with the offered price. However, the delivery time took more than expected for a bedroom set. 2 full months. Please consider this when you order.

After searching several sites for specific pieces of furniture... (Nash) who was my phone representative, located and helped me not only find precisely what I was looking for ... but found me a BONUS piece which was discontinued! Which resulted in completing my Endless search! .... Plus free shipping !!!!!!! free shipping???? I originally ordered several items but two ended up being discontinued, dropping my total below the required amount for free shipping. They did discount the shipping though on my last item...but having discontinued items on their website is the reason for the 4 stars and not five. Overall experience was good after several emails, calls, texts etc. The delivery was well done..White glove is a nice touch. I would consider buying from them again if I was in the need of more furniture.

Appy was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She stayed on the chat with me for quite some time and answered all of my (probably annoying) questions. I appreciated her thoroughness and willingness to "go the extra mile." [By the way, I just read a very negative, 1-star, review about the company's slow delivery and lack of cooperation during that process. I hope that won't happen with me]. So far, I've been very pleased (with Appy). Let's hope the company doesn't disappoint during the delivery phrase.

I got help with my order (almost $2k of bedroom furniture) from a woman (maybe an angel?) named Appy. She was incredibly quick to address my concerns, very friendly and knowledgeable. She lent a very human (maybe divine? I'm pretty sure...) air to the whole buying process.
