Don't lease with them, they do bad business, I applied for an apartment at Blake Lofts prior to seeing it, and once I saw it requested a refund, they took a while to respond. Once my bank reached out they responded, but they told me they had sent a check but to avoid a double refund don't cash it, all while telling my bank I wasn't entitled to a refund. Really poor business acumen.
