I cannot give my tour guide Dan enough praise. I thoroughly enjoyed myself! He was very insightful on Niagara Falls and extremely helpful with explaining all of the stops and history of the park. I wish we had more time at Cave of the Winds because we were a bit rushed by the park attendants but other than that everything else was great! We have been staying at the KOA/Grand Isle and decided to book the American/Canadian Falls Tour with Bedore. The driver, Jim O., arrived a little early and was very accommodating with our group for the entire day. Jim's jokes were "so bad" they were funny, but his knowledge of each of our tour stops and his advice on how to get the most out of our tour day was just fantastic. Tour to Washington DC from June 25-30, 2019. Driver John was accommodating and professional and I am using Bedore to book a tour in 2020. Very satisfied with my experience.
The bus driver was half an hour late then tried to go around traffic stopped by police officer which made us another half an hour or more late we didn't get to do the whole tour was supposed to be four or five hours hours we didn't even get going until at least 7 was over at 10 so I don't know what stuff we missed we didn't get to do the Cave of the Winds at all which was clearly put on the schedule on the internet I wasn't happy with it at all I would never use them again and I hope this keeps anybody from using them at all... read more
