Absolutely terrible!! After finding the dress of my dreams and waiting for ever on it I got to pick it up and it was out on the show room floor for anyone and everyone to try on!! After sitting there waiting for 20 minutes for them to find my dress, she went out on the floor and got it and took it to the back to act like it was in the back the whole time. I will never buy anything else from you guys you gave us the wrong size and we can't exchange or get money back , plus we have a wedding to be in tomorrow and no one cares about we lost money . Poor customer service I do not recommend this place !!!!!

Terrible experience at the Gastonia location. I understand the sales associates are working on commission, but FOLLOWING someone around a store does not make for a pleasant shopping experience. The selection wasn't good, with many dresses featuring runs, frays, or torn up zipper areas. One of the staff members was incredibly rude, yelling at potential customers to get out of the doorway and being very rude and snarky.
