If I could give it no stars I would. Ordered 3 piece suits for wedding, 3 months before wedding. Told they took 6 weeks to come back. 6 weeks pass, no call. We call and they tell us they're out of stock from their supplier, can't get them in time. Have to order 2 piece instead and rent vest/tie. THEN they charge us the price for 3piece when we try to pay for 2piece price. Then, they claim one groomsman told them to order wrong sleeve length (didn't they measure????) If you are looking for a dress this is the place to go!!!! Ask if Jenny is there!!!!!! She is amazing!!!! And after all the bumps in the road finding my perfect dress.... she was there with me every step of the way! !!! Everyone was so friendly!!!!

I just purchased both my dress and my bridesmaid dresses here and couldn't of asked for a more awesome consultant then DJ. She was awesome and made me feel some comfortable. She had never met me before stepping foot in that store and by the end of my visit, I felt like we had been friends forever.

I went in earlier today to start looking for prom, specifically asking for a ball gown and telling them that I wasn't comfortable with mermaid dresses. The only dresses they showed me were mermaids that didn't fit properly, the ladies there were very, very rude when addressing me and didn't listen when I tried to talk. The only one there that actually helped me was a man named Sonny. I don't plan on ever coming back or suggesting it to anyone, very disappointing after hearing such good things.

BUYERS BEWARE ....My daughter stopped by the store in Gastonia , put $250 down on a dress , a month later things had changed and she no longer needed the dress ...Bedazzled refused to give her money back , no one cent .... I could understand a restocking fee or penalty, but the entire balance is just plain wrong ....wouldn't even let us put the money towards other store merchandise.....what a ripoff...spend your hard earned money somewhere else!!

I got my wedding dress and had the best experience! Their selection was wonderful, staff was professional and VERY helpful... overall just the perfect experience. I had a large group of people with me and the staff was super accommodating and kind. The manager remembered me from my first visit and made a point to come over and speak to me when I was there to pick up my dress this weekend. I've already suggested this place to several people. Highly recommend to anyone!
