This has been a complete nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM. I signed a 1 year contract with them in January 2023 on the day of service. The first payment was made during the first service. Then they would send emails for appointments without scheduling them with me and would not send anyone out. I was still charged for those appointments. I used thier service two years ago and they are still charging me. I've called multiple times and have written them. I had a year contract with them two years ago. This has been a complete nightmare. Do not give them your credit card. DO NOT USE THEM. They do horrible work and will continue to charge you when you cancel or when your contract expires. We saw one mouse and called to have it looked into. We were talked into signing a yearly contract where they were supposed to charge us $100 and come quarterly. In hindsight, I should've been more skeptical about what they were telling me I'd need to deal with a mouse problem - but I thought they'd know best as the experts. That's on me.
