They open up at 1:00 p.m., the staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insects and bed bugs. They will thoroughly explain their product to you, how to use it correctly and give you professional tips so that you can do the job right the first time . I did not make a purchase that day but may actually come back and do business with them. The sales person was very knowledgeable and non-pushy he left the buying decision to me but was there to help answer any and all questions that I had.
I was looking for a product that would safely take care of all the small spiders (and thus their webs) that are on my back deck. I live on a large pond and wanted something that would not be toxic to the ducks and other wildlife. I also wanted it to be safe around pets and the kids. This product was exactly what I asked for and it does the job very well. I do reapply as needed. The spray smells good and is safe. I received a knowledgeable explanation of the product! Thank you for helping to solve our dilemma.
My wife and I purchased a new mattress for one of our kids and got exposed to bed bugs. We had never had them before and did not know how pesky they were. This product was introduced as a deterrent for all types of pests. It has not disappointed. Took the spray camping in the middle of summer. Since it is chemical free and safe to spray in and around tent and safe used as a natural bug spray we used it for those purposes and the whole family came home with not one tick or bug bite of any kind. This has never been our experience. Will make sure to have this spray on hand!
I was very impressed with Mr. William explainsing the item (spray). Showed and demonstrated it to me and my son Eric. Best way to get the room as well as bed. And safe to use around kids and dog. Ms Miner
