I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 because after meeting with heather I feel very confident that her and the program she uses is going to benefit me in more ways than I could ever ask for.
Get a app for everything, similar to epic. Would cut the downtime in half. Just reviewing an excellent idea.
Their doctor quit and they did not tell me. They have messed up my medication schedule. They should be ashamed of themselves for not following up, for not caring, and for making me be an advocate for my own health. I am disgusted with their lack of resources and their apathy to what their patients experience. Small towns truly do not have the resources they need. But that is no excuse.
I went to this facility for five years, and this was over 4 years ago I stopped going. Seems nothing has changed. I’ve had more positive experiences with other places now and know how therapy SHOULD be. I’ve had experiences of people going above and beyond to support and take care of me. People who saw me as a person struggling and not just a diagnosis.
