I walked in the first day nervous and scared I would totally mess this up. Not totally sure this was legit. Oh and say what? My end day will be the day after Christmas? Yeah I can't make it through the holidays without messing this up. I can't do it. I love the people who work here. They are all very attentive and friendly. The weight loss program helped me to get back to where I was before I came to the United States and I will hopefully be able to lose some extra pounds. Even though, I already knew how to eat healthy, this program showed me how to cook a good meal in 15min and feel good about it and myself again. I am doing my second six-week round of the weight loss program offered at Becking Clinic. Over the past year, I gained weight that I was unable to lose through any of the methods that worked for me in the past. As a result, my confidence in my ability to return to a healthier life was pretty low before going to the clinic for my first appointment. I am a stage 3 breast cancer survivor who has suffered from swollen arms and legs since my first dose of chemo 5 years ago.
