This program is a game changer! I started the program in June and lost weight just like they said I would. 24lbs in 42 days. Then 3 more lbs during maintenance. Then real life started and I realized I had not only lost weight (10 additional lbs by Dec) but I had changed my habits. Dr Becking and his staff are amazing. I started the weight loss program in May and by Christmas of the same year and almost completing 4 rounds I had lost 100 lbs. The day I walked in to the Clinic I was skeptical but knew I had to do something for me so thought I would give it a try. This program works! It is unbelievable how much this program teaches you. It is so much more than weight loss. It teaches you a whole new way of life mentally and physically. The support in this group is AMAZING!

I am a person who has never been too excessively overweight, but who (for the last 9 years) has wanted to shed 15 pounds or so.
