A little over a year ago my wife and I successfully completed the program. I lost 54lbs and was given the tools to know what to do when the pounds “creeped back on” Dr Becking and his staff were extremely helpful and supportive. They kept me accountable and encouraged me with a TREMENDOUS amount of daily support. I am so thankful that I met the Becking crew!!!
