I weighed 290 as a senior in high school. I also lifted weights 2 times a day and played football so it was a different kind of 290 lol. I can't wait for that first weight that starts with a 1**. I haven't weighed 180 since I was in 8th grade. This program is FOR REAL! You will not be disappointed!

The Becking Clinic changed my life. My mother had done it before me, and I knew she wanted me to do it too, but she knew that I wouldn't do it until I was ready.
