There were many unfortunate occurrences. Water dripping into the condo repeatedly. A board member threw an umbrella at me, after exiting the back condo door. Which after, He deemed a non-exit and placed an alarm on. Many continued exiting the door, causing a loud alarm sound. Nearing to our condo windows. Listening to the alarm day and night.
Landscaping in poor condition and very little is done to fix it. Gardens are either empty or shrubbery is dead and have been for many years. They paid a landscape architect to redo the gardens. That was a waste. They put in one garden, the plants died, and no one told the landscaper to replace them within the yr warranty. Buildings were built poorly, and a leak from a common pipe in the wall took 6 months to repair.
