Christopher did a great job showing everything the place has to offer. Shot to the top of our wish list.
Toured but decided to sign elsewhere. Toured with Chris, who was a nice guy. Complex is nice and new in a quieter area. Street parking was readily available for the tour. Easy to tour the Lockwood across the street as well.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've lived here for 3 years in two different units. The location is good and quiet. But man, this place has gone downhill over the last year or so. I hate to sound like a jerk, but ever since Beckert's Park has started participating in whatever income-based public housing program DC has, it has gone to absolute crap - literally! The last straw for me was finding dog crap in the hallway in front of my door for the THIRD time in the span of a month. There is constantly trash in the hallways, trash bags sittin... read more
My family and I have loved living at Beckert’s Park over the last four years. The staff and amenities are great. Christopher Gaines in the leasing office was easy and incredible to work with. Highly recommend living here!
