Dr. Maureen Becker is the best doctor in Portland! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, honest, sensitive, and knows the medicine! She is a Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist. She has been caring for my family for over 20 years and has always been correct with her diagnosis in treating us. She is very gentle when she does her Gyn examinations and is upfront with explaining everything to you as she goes. Awesome experience each and every time visiting Dr Becker! She is excellent in her knowledge of Naturopathic medicine, Acupuncture and has a strong background in allopathic medicine when needed. I've been under Dr Becker's care for over 20 years along with my entire family. My wife loves her too and is her primary care physician and recommends many women and families to her. Need a serious well rounded doctor this is who i recommend!
My primary care doctor retired and I was devastated. I'd been with him for 17 years. I tried several other doctors and they didn't take the time with me I was used to. Then I found Dr. Becker. She has hours to accommodate a working person's schedule. She takes the time to listen and has very reasonable prices. She found the cause of a problem I've been living with for years and I feel great! I've recommended to friends and they are very happy with her as well.
Exceptional doctor! Our family have been her patients for twenty years! She has helped us with ailments that MDs had thoroughly botched. She's incredibly caring and stays current with medical information. She also treats her patients with respect and truly values their input in regard to treatment. In addition, she understands the pressures of day to day finances and works with you to keep costs to a minimum. Can't say enough good things about her!
So glad I found her! – Dr. Becker is amazing. I am shocked at any negative reviews, because Dr. Becker turned out to be NOTHING like what they said she was. Pay more heed to the positive ones. Extremely nice & friendly doctor! – I've met Dr. Becker on many occasions, she's very warm, nice and friendly and always makes the patient feels that she cares about them and their conditions. It can be difficult to reach her at times but that's only because her schedule is quite packed but she does return calls whenever she can. I truly appreciated her honesty and candor when explaining what she could do - and what she couldn't do to help me. I saw her after every chemotherapy session and was treated with both acupuncture and nurtrional supplements. She was such a help to me during a very difficult time. Neglectful, uncaring physician – I had been sick for two weeks when I finally made an appointent with Maureen... 30 minutes for $48. Even though I was paying more than a dollar a minute for her, she up and left the exam room for 7 full minutes with no explanation.
