Extremely disappointed. The only elevator in the complex broke around moving time, so there have been maintenance people here for a while and a MONTH ago a porta potty was placed in my only assigned parking spot- that I personally PAY for- without my permission. I was never asked, the porta potty just appeared one day while I was gone for a couple hours. I called the company and asked the woman in charge, Lisa Spearman, about the issue. Lisa Spearman is an excellent Property Manager - - experienced, even-tempered, well-prepared for meetings; responsive to ‘customer’ inputs/questions/complaints, and the zillion other concerns with which property managers are confronted in a normal week. She’s able to head-off questionable or even potentially bad decisions by Board members because of her knowledge of state laws and City ordinances. The Trails is lucky to have her as our property Manager! Brett Dula
