The bad review is for the answering call center. They told me a different time based on the time zone change and when I missed my appointment still charged me $50. I understand they sent an email but they told me what one time on the phone and I don’t get email notifications. And also, I never confirmed the scheduling email so I think that’s proof enough. They even called me when I was late and said that my appointment was at 2:15 when it was at 12:15 and then called me right back to say they were gonna charge me. Just a lit... read more
Dr. Kimia and her office staff are 5 stars and just amazing. 2 stars for the onboarding process and team, which seems to be remote employees. Overall, I would highly recommend their services, just be patient if you're a first-time patient.
Highly recommend Jen and Origin PT. They quickly identified the source of my issues during pregnancy and post partum for both of my pregnancies. Identifying the issue early allowed for the right treatment plan and results (like being able to walk without pain again - which is huge). I continue to work with them 5 months post partum to build muscle as I prepare to safely start running again. Origin provides an amazing service that I feel like most people don’t even know exists. Jen is an incredible therapist and I would recommend her and OrIgor in general to everyone.
