Maybe could start by not trying to ruin a $400 pair of glasses. All I needed to have done was to have new lenses put into a nice pair of glasses. During the process, which DID NOT involve making any adjustments your tech bent the crap out of one of the arms so much that it no longer stayed closed or open. Given your "we break it, your screwed" adjustment policy I will NEVER suggest anyone go to you or will I return. Beaverton Vision was very helpful. I needed my lens for shooting. The doctor 👨⚕️ was very knowledgeable about helping someone in the Shooting Sports. They have a great selection of frames to choose from as well. Great 👍 professional staff.
