I have been going to this office forever. Everyone is really nice and friendly. They all go the extra mile to make you feel special. My daughter just had 4 cavities filled this week and they were great and patient with her. See you all on Friday again!
Dr. Walkup is the most incredible dentist! I've had a ton of dental issues in the last year and Dr. Walkup and the staff at TenderCare has been encouraging, kind and gentle with every interaction I've had there. Just this week Dr. Walkup pulled a tooth for me and for the 1st time in my life I did not feel it come out. She really is an amazing dentist! Thank you for giving me back my faith in dentists again. I am so grateful for all that occidental has done for me and my family!
Dr Wong is awesome, office manager Julie opposite of awesome! Who turns an entire family away from your dentist because you couldn't finish paying a $100 bill, made payments on the entire bill of over $200, i only had $100 left... She cancelled my kids' appointments and didnt tell me when i live 45 min away and my sons orthodontist is in same building!! Dr. Wong is amazing. I came in and have never been before to a dentist in the states... I'm always going to the dentist in Jordan annually when I visit back home, but it was an emergency and I had to go in and see a dentist right away... Dr. Wong came highly recommended, and after I called, they got me in right away and took great care of me! I'll be back for sure and will refer more people to him!
Dr. Wong and his staff are wonderful individuals! If you are looking for a new family dentist, give them a call without a doubt!
