I visited here on a Saturday evening around 8pm. I want to start by saying the person working behind the counter did the absolute best they could - but they were the only one working! This is clearly bad management to have one person working on a Saturday evening. I ended up waiting just under half an hour between when I entered and when I got my Beavertail. Great food, but so lack of staff. Every time I came, there is only one staff there even at peak time. And I have to wait more than 20 minutes for just one order, I just left, why don’t hire more staff during peak time???
