I recently took my car in to get some routine maintenance done, through no fault of their own, while the tire balance was tested on the road one of the tires was damaged. Marcus there went above and beyond to get the tire replaced, for the inconvenience, they did everything in their power to make sure I was everything was taken care of, leaving me a very happy customer. My wife and I were traveling to Texas in an older truck for my son and we were only about three hours into a sixteen hour drive when our vehicle began losing forward momentum and the RPM's were racing when we tried to climb a hill. Our clutch had given up. We pulled off the interstate at the next exit and I thought our trip was ruined.
