Great experience. I was referred by a friend. Needed to be seen asap and a new patient. Was greated with warmth and kindness. Office staff was well informed about insurance acceptance and cost. Was able to be seen same day. Dr Hendricks was professional and communicated well with a nervous patient. I received pain free treatment. My family has a new dental group.
I was super happy when twice my son had to get teeth cut out !!! They were super calm and polite and made sure my son was well taken care of and me I was more nervous for my son then he was ! They used the nitrics on him to make him calm and made sure he was completely numb and relaxed before they started ! Thanks for being so good to my son !!!

I have gone to this practice for over 20 years and they are the best! Myra is the most efficient person I know as far as her knowledge of insurance and they are always willing to accommodate your schedule with early morning appointments.

I have been going to see Dr. Beavers and his staff since 2007. Dr. Beavers is very professional in his own rite. One Friday night my cap fell off. He said if I found it, he would come into the office, so he could put it back on. Although I found it, I waited until Monday. After all, they need a rest too. The hygienists are very professional. I would recommend anyone of them for a good teeth cleaning. The front office staff is very professional. A+
My husband and I moved from PA in 2018 and we have been looking for a general dentistry practice. We were fortunate to find Southern Smiles. From making the appointment, to interactions with the office personnel, to the professionalism and knowledge of the dentists themselves, our visit was a very positive experience. The office is very comfortably furnished, as well, with a good selection of magazines. :-)

I had a tooth break on the Sunday before thanksgiving. I had not been to this practice before but sawonlune that they did same day crowns. I called on Monday morning and was given an appointment for Tuesday. By Tuesday afternoon I had a beautiful new crown and was able to look forward to thanksgiving dinner. I highly recommend southern smiles.
