The service was great as usual. I will say that the reminder system for the appt was probably overkill between, the emails, texts, and phone calls.
I have been a patient of Dr Beavers for over ten years. He has grown, his staff has grown. Thus, everyone has grown, gracefully, courteously and dedicated to all their patients. Dr. Beavers is the dentist we all should have. Caring, Compassionate and Very Cool! The Southern Smiles Dental accomplishes it ALL!
Going to the dentist hasn't always been a positive experience. Dr. Beavers and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The exam and treatment options were clearly communicated with regard to timeline and financial concerns. I would definitely recommend Southern Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Everyone that I came in contact at this office was very sweet and provided excellent customer service. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist, Starr, to the dentist himself, Dr. Beavers they were welcoming and made sure I understood what they were doing and what the technical terms meant. I have already recommended them to fellow coworkers!
I have always been terrified to go to the dentist, but Southern Smiles goes out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable. They never rush me and answer all my questions fully. My anxiety is less and less the more I go. I've been seeing them for 3 years now for everything from cleaning to root canals and crowns.
