Very Compassionate and Caring UPDATE: Regarding my previous post, I came home today and found a card in the mail from all the staff at this clinic. It had a very moving sentiment inside and was signed by everyone in the office with a personal note hand written. I can't believe how considerate and caring the staff here have been to me. I'm so sorry that anyone was treated badly here, I think they are very caring and warm hearted. I had never been here before but I will definately return for all vet needs.
Treated with much care... Tonight was the second night we have had to take our elderly cats to Beavercreek Animal Hospital to have put to sleep. As unpleasant as this experience is, we felt much compassion and concern from the staff and Dr. Lora Geisler. They were very professional, caring, understanding and treated our beloved cat and our aching hearts gently. We would recommend Beavercreek Animal Hospital to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Geisler and staff, for your kind service during this difficult time.
Great Clinic! I recently went here to have my dog spayed because they had a good price. I was very pleased with the staff and the Doctors. I got my dog spayed and vaccinated for less than what other vets wanted just for the spay. I will continue to take my pets here for other visits as well.
Condolence Card We have been to Beavercreek Animal Hospital a handful of times and I wanted to comment on the previous review of their practice with Condolence Cards. We just had to put our Lhasa Apso down 2 months ago and we received a card within a couple of days. Sorry that is sounds like yours may have been overlooked, but I just wanted to note that it does look like they try to make this happen or have fixed the problem. Great little place in the country We recently moved and needed to find a new vet for our dogs. We had become used to the Banfield Pet Clinic at Petsmart on 82nd. they did a fine job but it never felt at all personal. Beavercreek was a totally diferent experience. Very personal staff, cozy but professional building, and great prices. We will continue to use Beavercreek for a long time.
Good experience Took our Pit/Lab mix in to get neutered. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Our dog seemed fine when we picked him up. No problems! Thanks!
Cold and uncaring staff and Vet I found an uncaring staff and an uncaring Vet (the German one). They just seemed to be interested in collecting our money with no compassion. It was a very sad experience. I'm trying them once more for a feral cat spaying as I am not invested personally in that particular cat and they offer a good price to do the surgery, but I would never again take a beloved pet there.
Great Place! I've used this clinic for years and every experiance has been great! Both doctors are wonderful! You can tell that the staff really loves animals and what they do. This is a well priced, cute country clinic with a friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone!
Condolence card I have been going to Beavercreek Animal Clinic for several years and have taken both my beagles and my cat there. I was very hurt when my dog passed away unexpectedly from a freak accident and I never received a condolence card. I believe it is customary for most veterinarian offices to send out such cards. Perhaps it was just overlooked? Even the emergency clinic sent a nice card when the cat was euthanized and that was the first time we went there. I don't understand.
