Very caring and compassionate recommend to anyone who wants a good vet I love going to this vet. They are so kind and helpful they never seem in polite or uncaring. I have taken several of my animals to their clinic and they have always been careful on how they handle the animals and give me some pointers on how to take care of them better. I have also taken 2 cats and 1 dog to their clinic for spading and there was absolutely no problems at all. Great country vet! Knowledgeable, Affordable and Compassionate! We have a long history with them and some very difficult situations, canine diabetes, loss of a leg, etc. They have been wonderful and extremely easy to work with.
Great vet I love this vet. I have been going there since 2004. I can not believe what some of those other reviews say. You can't make everyone happy I guess. I have always recieved wonderful care with all of my pets. I have been to lots of other vets in town and this is by far the best one. I would recommend to anyone.
unsanitary..get what you pay for Totally agree with the bad service. Had my dog spayed an she became infected within 3 days. She was in my clean home with no access to her sutures. She is a giant breed,so when I took her in instead of the dr getting on the floor she had me lift her front off the ground while she took her finger an wiped the incision...proceeded to smell her finger then put it toward my face an said yep its infected. Weeks of antibiotics,it finally healed but its still unsightly an this was performed a yr ago... read more
Compassionate staff I went to BCAH with my 12 year old lab who was leaking urine. I thought it was time to put her down. I didn't want to but didn't know they have meds for that kind of thing. The staff was really compassionate and knew I didn't really want to kill my dog so they talked to me, got her on some drugs and now she doing just fine. Now we can spend a couple more years together! Thanks!
tHIS VET IS 5 STAR FOR THOSE WHO KNOW PETS!!! IHATE that they have been given anything but 5 stars..... I have a LONG history with pets and after "my" vet passed on I have been looking for a vet like him... I found that in Dr., Johnson... She has explained everything to me and cried with me and is SO reasonable with rates... You know a true animal lover if you are one and she is.... Bad Experience There are some very pleasant ,customer oriented staff at Beavercreek. Unfortunately, they are over-shadowed by a few of their staff that have a rude demeanor and do not know how to make a customer feel valued.
Pay Money To Make Your Pet Sick! Wow! I made an apt. for my dog to be fixed, simple procedure, right? I had never been there before but the price was reasonable. I noticed when I walked in that it smelled bad. I figured that maybe an animal had an accident on the floor or something like that. My dog, a healthy 1 1/2 year old ausie/retreiver mix was nuetered. I cleaned his kennel, put clean shavings in, made sure he had everything he needed including that rediculous collar (which I paid extra for) so that he could not chew or... read more
