Rude and VERY uncaring for the ANIMALS well being!! My dog went to visit BAH. First time he was ever there I mentioned to Dr. Zeigler what had been going on with my 6 year old lab. I live WAY out in Gresham and drove WAY out to BeaverCreek to give this place a shot. All the Dr could do was blame his infection on me, the owner. I AM SORRY BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE! She jumped to assumptions with his ordeal. First it was a food allergy, then it was caused by shampoo, then it was fleas, WHAT IS IT REALLY?! She NEVER ONCE DID A T... read more

Beavercreek Animal Hospital is first class I have taken all three of my pets to Animal Hosptial and have been very pleased with every visit. All the vets were VERy nice and sympathetic even all through the terrible process of watching my 5 year old persian cat die of liver failure. The staff were all very understanding and even sent me a condolences card at the end. I could not have ask for better care and kindness during this difficult situation.

Cheap, but for a reason I took my 5 month old cat to get a check-up and (to my knowledge) his first set of shots. Firstly, the receptionist was rude and impolite. Being a new cat owner, I had questions that she apparently just didn't have time for. Aside from actually getting his exam (waited an hour in the waiting room and saw the doctor for 5 min.), it seemed the hospital kept trying to upsell the shots, bloodwork, etc. I just wanted to do a routine check-up and shots! Overall, visit was mediocre, but since they were so ch... read more

Never Again! We adopted our puppy from the Clackamas County Dog Shelter who contracts with Beavercreek Animal Hospital for sterilization surgeries. We were instructed to take her back to Beavercreek Animal Hospital if there were any problems. Her incision opened up a little and had some swelling around the incision site. It looked infected or inflamed from the dissolvable stiches. This was 3 days after surgery and 1 day after her adoption that we first noticed the problems.

Only use Dr. Johnson! I have taken several cats to BAH and always had good experiences with Dr. Johnson. Today however my cat saw Dr. Zeigler- I was very unhappy with her and will not use her again. She brushed it aside when I pointed out that my cat had been on a special diet and that when I stopped feeding it to him he got sick. She did not do a UA even though his problems in the past have always been UTI related and the other Dr. has always done one. She gave me a price on the phone, when I got to the clinic the price had... read more

Rude and uncaring staff I took my beloved dog in after she past away to have her cremated. My husband went in first to let them know that we had arrived and so that we could make arrangements in private. They made him do all the paperwork before bring us in. I sat out in the car in freezing weather for over 20 minutes. As I came in the door one of the staff members grab her and ripped her from my arms, with not a single word. We followed her into a room, when she realized that we had followed her she turned and said. "You ca... read more

WORST VET IN OREGON - DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT IS! HACKS! Do not go here. I took my 60 pound basset hound here for a routine checkup. The vet (the owner - I forgot her name) picked him up to put him on the table by grabbing his tail and his COLLAR and hoisting him into the air. He was gasping and choking as she raised him from the floor to the table by basically hanging him! Later he was diagnosed by another vet with a prolapsed esophogus, which could have been caused by this! They should be investigated and put... read more

Beavercreek Animal Hospital is holier than thou Boo hiss!!!! My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and put on an insulin regime at BAH. After a little personal research on raw food diets, I had some questions. After two phone calls to BAH, I got two VERY contrasted ideals. One seemed to have the best interest of my cat's health, while the other made me feel completely adolescent and just plain crazy for expressing my concerns (not to mention pressure for buying their brand of cat food.) I also sensed a serious lack of communica... read more
