Steer clear of these folks. They make promises that they won't keep and will leave you to take care of basic maintenance on a property. Very frustrating!

They’re nice at first but will charge you whatever they can to fix their old property, even if it was damaged before you moved in. For example I was charged over $200 to clean excess tile grout when I didn’t install the tile. You have to remind them several times to get maintenance to come by. 45-60 days notice for move out. No way to pay electronically in 2021.

Was very nice only at the beginning. Moved in and ran into an ac problem right away which was obviously not our fault. When we reported it, they acted as if it was not their problem. They don’t like their job. Just want the money. Oh yeah and don’t expect to get your deposit back. Also, no way of paying them electronically.
