My experience with Dr Zan Beaver was a comfortable experience. He is very personable and professional. He is informative and seemed to want to know what I was interested in before he got started. I felt totally comfortable with his assistant and his front desk person. To top it all, I received a phone call that night from Dr. Beaver wanting to know how I was feeling. You don't find that kind of courtesy these days.
Dr. Beaver is very pleasant, but his assistants during procedures are very careless about pinching lips, suctioning,etc. making experience dreadful. The main office girl/billing is borderline RUDE and arrogant..With the high price of dentristy here a little courtesy and professionalism would be expected. 4 crowns later, food gets torn by jagged edges and lodged tightly between teeth. The 5 year service on crowns is only good if you have your regular 6. mo. teeth cleaning done here, which was not told to me until I called wit... read more
