I went to her 2 years in a row. Last year was very unpleasant! She accused me of not paying my house taxes even though I did. She was arguing with me about it and said she looked online and I said well your looking it up in the wrong county. And also when I first got there she had someone else’s file on the table and called me by the wrong name. When I told her I called my mortgage company and city hall and they told me I shoulda been able to use my taxes she fought back with an attitude and said well I can file them for you... read more
