Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
The office was pretty average looking. The staff very cold and unprofessional. When the Dr spoke with me she didn't even close the door. She was very rude and made uncalled for comments like "ya we used to think grandma died of cancer but in fact she had an std" HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SHE WAS VERY ROUGH. I SHOULD HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE MEDICAL BOARD!! The Dr herself also violated hippa in the message details left for me. I don't trust her as a professional or human being.
