My son was prescribed doxycycline, my insurance only paid for 21 days supply, every time CVS called to get the prescription renewed the doctors office never called back! Four days my son was without his medication the first time, this time we're going on three days now. Why? Because they told me that doxycycline is a controlled substance and he asked to be seen every month for it. What???Last time I checked antibiotics were not controlled Substance. The doctors are okay. The office staff is terrible. They cancel your appointment without notifying you and never read or respond to messages sent. Maybe overworked and underpaid? 🤣
