charge you extra for absolutely no reason and does not let you know. no energy at all when you come in.
Lacks transparency about pricing. I’ve never had an issue calling a beauty supply store ever to inquire about inventory prior to this experience, or even on this same exact night. Instead of buying here, I purchased what I was looking for at the very nearby Beauty Outlet, and they went above and beyond to help even though they were near closing and my purchase was very small.
dont shop here, they will follow you around the store as if youre coming to steal something. it made me feel extremely uncomfortable because i know i have no reason to take anything without paying so to be followed blatantly was bizarre. i couldnt even shop in peace because everytime i went down another aisle, they were on my heels (not even saying a word or trying to hide it). i came to support their business and this is how they treat customers. i had a basket full of things that i just calmly set on their counter, turned ... read more
Great service, and treated respectfully. Definitely didn't treat minorities like many of these types of stores do.
