CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR. Staff was rude and highly offensive. Made multiple purchases within minutes and wanted to exchange an item and one of the managers said “he would have to throw the merchandise away now” because the box was opened. Needless to say, I’ve spent a lot of money with this business and I always receive the worst customer service.
