Bought a 4x5 human hair closure from here. Got home tried to curl it in it burned instantly. So disappointed
Zero stars if I could. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in to buy a wig for a friend, and while the staff initially seemed nice, the whole process was a nightmare. After I left and went just a few steps away, I realized they gave me the completely wrong wig. When I returned, the staff refused a refund, despite the wig being untouched, still in its packaging, and never even leaving the store. Store is awful! Some prices were not on the wigs and the guy just quoted me a price and no proof. Does not allow you to try on any wigs but has a mirror right by the wigs. I asked him why his response was” it’s just our policy and we have mirrors everywhere”. For what though for decorum? Make it make sense. A waste of time after a long day a work after and I’m actively searching for a wig with urgency. Their store customer service model needs to be updated. Definitely a waste of my time going in there. 0/10 experience.
